1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Zupllo, operated by PDSL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using Zupllo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our App or services.
2. Definitions
- “Requestor” – A user who requests a service through the App.
- “Provider” – A service provider/vendor who offers and fulfills services through the App.
- “Services” – Any functionality offered by Zupllo, including service requests, quotes, payments, and communication.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zupllo. By registering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. Use of the Platform
By using Zupllo, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform.
- Provide accurate information when posting requests, quotes, or payments.
- Respect other users and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Service Requests & Quotes
Requestors can submit service requests, which are broadcast to relevant Providers. Providers may respond with quotes, and Requestors may accept or counter such quotes. Once a quote is accepted, a binding agreement is formed between the Requestor and the Provider.
7. Payments & Wallet
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Requestors must pay through the App; direct cash or external payments are not supported.
- Funds are first credited to the Provider’s in-app wallet and can be withdrawn to their registered bank account upon request.
- We may charge service fees or commissions as applicable, which will be disclosed before final payment.
8. Provider Responsibilities
Providers agree to deliver services professionally, in accordance with the accepted quote. They are solely responsible for their conduct, service quality, and compliance with laws (e.g., licensing, permits, or tax obligations).
9. Requestor Responsibilities
Requestors agree to provide accurate service details, cooperate with Providers, and make timely payments through the App. Cancellation or disputes must follow our dispute resolution policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
If disagreements arise between Requestors and Providers, both parties should attempt to resolve them amicably. If unresolved, PDSL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED may step in to mediate; however, the Company is not legally liable for service performance or outcomes.
11. Fees & Charges
We reserve the right to introduce or update service fees. Users will be notified of applicable charges before confirming transactions.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and intellectual property on Zupllo belong to PDSL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit our platform without prior written consent.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in fraudulent/illegal activity. Users may also close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
14. Limitation of Liability
Zupllo acts as a marketplace connecting Requestors and Providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the App.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDSL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Zupllo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coventry, UK.
